Kurtess “Kurt” R. Gillespie is the Founder and Director of BROS (Brothers Reaching Our Sons), a mentoring and leadership initiative dedicated to guiding boys and young men toward purpose, character, and positive identity. A passionate mentor, educator, and entrepreneur, Kurt is deeply committed to creating safe, structured spaces where young men are encouraged to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

 

With years of experience working with youth in schools, churches, and community settings, Kurt understands the importance of strong male role models, accountability, and vision. BROS was founded out of a desire to help boys become confident, responsible young men who lead with integrity and purpose.

 

Above all, Kurt is a devoted husband and father whose greatest motivation is legacy and impacting this generation while building a stronger future for the next.
